Grant is a shareholder with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. His tort and insurance practice includes defense of construction site injury, construction defect, professional liability, product and premises liability, and commercial claims.
Grant has successfully defended clients against construction site claims, including personal injury and building defect/warranty cases. He also has extensive experience defending clients in personal injury litigation, including premises liability defense, vehicle accident liability defense and product liability defense. Coverage experience includes contractual indemnity and contribution/subrogation claims, and defense of home warranty disputes. He has also defended banks, credit card companies and lenders in commercial actions. Grant serves as arbitrator under the King and Pierce County Arbitration systems. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers. He is also the current co-editor of the WDTL's "Defense News."
