In 2008, Chris moved from Boston, Massachusetts, where he represented construction professionals, as well as national banks in lender-liability claims.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
- Defended framing subcontractor from construction defect claims brought by housing developer; argued that the parties’ contract was partly oral in nature, triggering a shorter statute of limitations that barred the developer’s claims; trial court agreed, dismissing all claims, and Court of Appeals upheld the trial court’s decision. See Harbour Homes, Inc. v. America 1st Roofing & Builders, Inc., et al., 158 Wn. App. 1017 (Div. 1, 2010).
