REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
- Represented dress manufacturer in United States District Court in design-defect product liability burn case involving a minor. Obtained summary dismissal of all claims.
- Represented a kitchen appliance manufacturer which was alleged to have committed several commercial torts against appliance distributor. Obtained summary dismissal of plaintiff's claims and judgment on client's counterclaims.
- Represented insurance carriers in multi-site insurance coverage litigation concerning underlying environmental liabilities. Obtained summary judgments which resulted in global settlements of all sites.
