Scott M. Collins

Mr. Collins is of counsel at Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S.  He has been a litigator for seventeen years practicing in the areas of personal injury, general liability, insurance coverage, and insurer "bad faith"/extracontractual liability litigation.  He has successfully tried all types of insurance defense cases to verdict.  Part of Mr. Collins' practice is to provide advice to insurance companies and adjusters concerning issues of policy interpretation, coverage and fraud investigation.  He also handles examinations under oath and declaratory judgment actions.  Scott has also worked as a property and casualty claims adjuster.
