John P. Hayes

Mr. Hayes is a shareholder with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. He has a wide ranging practice including defense of construction defect, employment, product liability, personal injury, professional liability, maritime, and commercial contract disputes. He has chaired the Maritime Practice Group, the Construction Practice Group and the Employment Practices Group.  He also represents insurance carriers in marine, commercial general liability and personal lines insurance coverage and bad faith litigations.  He is a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel of Arbitrators.
