Mr. Hooks is a shareholder with Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. and is admitted to practice in Washington and Montana. His litigation practice emphasizes the areas of personal injury, product liability, commercial torts and general liability.  Mr. Hooks also litigates insurance coverage and extra contractual claims including bad faith claims.  Mr. Hooks advises insurance companies on issues of policy interpretation and insurance coverage.
