    Defense of construction site claims, including personal injury and defense of contractors in building defect/warranty cases.  Professional liability and personal injury litigation, including premises liability defense, vehicle accident liability defense and product liability defense. Coverage issues including contractual indemnity and contribution/subrogation claims.  Defense of home warranty disputes.  Serves as arbitrator under the King and Pierce County Arbitration systems.  Mr. Lingg currently serves as a Member of the Board of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.  He is also the current co-editor of the WDTL's "Defense News."
