Experience:
Ms. O’Boyle has over 15 years of experience in insurance coverage, primarily in the areas of environmental, product liability and construction defeat. She has also had several years of insurance defense work in the personal injury and products liability areas. Other areas of practice have included creditor/debtor and bankruptcy, immigration and workers compensation. Many of her cases involved complex, multi-party, multi-state litigations throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. O’Boyle was a paralegal in the aviation litigation field.
