    Prior to beginning his law practice, Mr. Rogers served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander of the Washington Supreme Court.  Following his clerkship experience, Mr. Rogers worked for a Seattle-area firm where he practiced insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and general civil litigation.
