Representative Matters:
We won a defense verdict on malpractice claims against an individual attorney and a law firm in a case arising out of employment litigation. Our clients were also awarded judgment against the plaintiff of over $70,000 in fees on their counterclaim.
We tried a lawyer's malpractice case in which the jury found no malpractice in an underlying employment case and awarded our client over $50,000 in fees.
